These terms apply to classes, courses and this website. By booking a class or using the website you agree to them.

Enrolment and fees

  • Fees are confirmed in writing before you enrol, and depend on the subject, format and level.
  • Fees are paid in advance [per month / per term] through PayPal unless we agree otherwise.
  • Your place is confirmed once payment is received.

Classes

  • Classes take place live on Zoom at the agreed time, shown in your time zone.
  • Please join on time, in a quiet space, with your instrument ready.
  • Students may not record classes without the teacher’s permission.
  • A parent or guardian should be nearby during classes for learners under [13].

Course materials

Lessons, notes, recordings and videos are created by SwaraBols and our teachers. They are for your own learning only and may not be shared, resold or published. Course logins are for one learner and must not be shared.

Behaviour

We expect respect from students, parents and teachers alike. We may end enrolment, with a pro-rata refund, if a student or parent is abusive or disruptive.

Our responsibility

We take care to teach well and keep classes running on time. We are not responsible for problems caused by your internet connection, device or third-party services such as Zoom or PayPal. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top.
