Refund Policy

We want every student to be happy with their classes. This policy explains how missed classes, cancellations and refunds work.

Free trial class

The trial class is free. There is nothing to pay and nothing to cancel.

Group classes

  • If you cancel before your first class of a [month / term], we refund that payment in full.
  • After the [month / term] has started, fees for that period are not refundable, but you can pause or stop before the next one.
  • Missed group classes are not repeated. Your teacher will share notes and practice tasks so you can catch up.

One-to-one lessons

  • You can reschedule a lesson with at least [24 hours’] notice.
  • Lessons cancelled with less notice, or missed, are counted as taken.
  • Unused prepaid lessons can be refunded on request [within 3 months of payment].

If we cancel

If we have to cancel a class, we will offer another time or refund that class in full.

Recorded courses

[To confirm before courses launch, for example: a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have watched less than 20% of the course.]

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to the original payment method through PayPal within [7 working days] of approval. PayPal’s own fees may not be returned to us, so in some cases the refund may be reduced by that amount; we will tell you before processing.
